Purpose and legal basis of the processing

SENO & SENO will process your personal data in order to manage access to the Shop services and facilitate online purchases; as well as allowing your registration to the Shop and the eventual conclusion of the purchase contract through the Shop.

In particular:

  1. Processing of data by Seno&Seno for the purpose of accessing and registering with the shop and for the purpose of the purchase contract through the Seno&Seno shop. Seno&Seno will process your personal data for:

    • allow registration to the Shop and the use of services reserved for registered users, including the possibility of purchasing online through the Shop;

    • allow the conclusion of the purchase contract through the Shop;

    • allow you to access the Shop, even as a user who is not logged in, and to browse the Shop;

    • allow you to access the Shop and browse the Shop as a logged in user;

    • maintain and manage your account.

The legal basis for this treatment is the fulfillment of the contract or, depending on the case, the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party (art. 6.1.b) of the Regulation).

The provision of data for the purpose in question is optional: that is, there is no legal or contractual obligation to communicate the data; however, since their processing is necessary to allow access to the Shop and/or navigation in the Shop and/or registration in the Shop and/or the provision of account management and maintenance services as well as the conclusion of the purchase contract through the Shop, failure to communicate the data will make it impossible for the user to access and/or browse the Shop and/or to register with the Shop and to use the services reserved for registered users and/or to conclude a purchase contract through the Shop.

  1. Data processing by Seno&Seno for the purpose of executing the purchase contract. Seno&Seno, as data controller, will process your personal data for:

    • allow you to fulfill the obligations arising from the purchase contract concluded through the Shop, such as, by way of example, the payment, even online, of the products purchased.

The legal basis for this treatment is the fulfillment of the contract (art. 6.1.b) of the Regulation.

The provision of data for the purpose in question is optional: that is, there is no legal or contractual obligation to communicate the data; it is, however, a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the purchase contract through the Shop: failure to communicate the data will therefore make it impossible for the user to conclude this contract and therefore to purchase through the Shop.

  1. Processing of data by SENO & SENO for administrative-accounting and tax purposes. SENO & SENO, as Data Controller, will process user data for the purpose of fulfilling administrative and/or accounting and/or fiscal obligations, connected to the provision of Shop services and/or to the concluded purchase contract through the Shop, such as, by way of example, the keeping of accounting records and the issuance of the sales invoice.

The legal basis of this treatment is the fulfillment of legal obligations to which SENO & SENO is subject (art. 6.1.c) of the Regulation).

The provision of data for the purpose in question is mandatory, because their treatment is necessary to allow SENO & SENO to fulfill its legal obligations. Any refusal to provide data for this purpose will make it impossible for the user to use the services of the Shop and, in particular, to conclude the purchase contract through the Shop.

  1. Data processing by SENO & SENO for marketing and customer profiling purposes. SENO & SENO, as Data Controller, could also process your contact details, your interests and other personal data that you wish to give us, to send you commercial communications in line with your preferences, based on a specific customer profile.

The legal basis of this processing is the consent to the processing of personal data (art.6.1.a). Consent to this treatment is required at the time of purchase at the Shop.

The provision of data for the purpose in question is optional, therefore failure to express consent relating to this purpose does not affect the processing for the purposes indicated above. Please note that in case of expression of consent, the legislation provides that the same can be revoked at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation. Consent can be revoked by sending an email to online@senoeseno.it

  1. Processing of data by SENO & SENO for purposes of legitimate interest of the Data Controller, specifically access control for security and organizational reasons.

The legal basis of this processing is the legitimate interest in the processing of personal data (art. 6.1.f)

The provision of data for the purpose in question is mandatory.

However, it is always possible to ask the Data Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each treatment and in particular to specify whether the treatment is based on the law, provided for by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.
