Prices: The prices indicated on all the pages of our site are VAT included (with indication of the taxable amount VAT excluded) and do not include transport except in cases where it is expressly indicated. For each item, the full price and the discounted price are indicated, with relative savings. The prices displayed on our site refer only and exclusively to online sales.

3. Orders: Orders will be accepted for the minimum quantities indicated (only where specified).

4. Payment: The accepted forms of payment are:

9. Warranty: The warranty on distributed goods is 24 months from the invoice date, against recognized manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover products that have been tampered with, repaired by third parties or used not in compliance with the intended conditions of use. Purchase with VAT number implies professional use, the guarantee is therefore reduced to 12 months.

10 . Responsibility: - With the order, the Purchaser assumes responsibility for compliance with the law and safety regulations relating to the use of the products purchased. Therefore, all liability of SENO & SENO SpA is excluded for any and all direct or indirect damage caused to persons or things by the improper use of the products supplied. SENO & SENO SpA in no case can be held responsible, even indirectly, for the failed or insufficient functioning of the products and/or for the consequent damages.

11. Right of withdrawal: SENO & SENO SpA recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation. The deadline for making use of this right is 14 days as required by law. By that date, the customer is required to send written and signed communication by registered letter, addressed to SENO & SENO SpA, Via Luigi Pasteur,10 37135 Verona . The letter must indicate the bank details (name of the bank, name of the agency, IBAN code, ABI code, CAB code, current account number) where the customer wishes to receive credit for the sum paid for the purchase of the returned goods. Together with the sending of the letter, the customer is required to send the goods by courier, arranging them in suitable packaging in order to guarantee the integrity of the goods during transport and any receipt. This packaging, as for the written communication, must be sent within 14 days of receipt of the purchased goods, to the same address indicated above for sending the registered letter. Within 20 days of receipt of the registered letter and the goods, SENO & SENO SpA will carry out the credit transfer for the exact amount that the customer has paid for the purchase of the ordered goods on the bank coordinates communicated to us by the customer. The only expense that the customer must bear, therefore, to exercise the right of withdrawal, is the shipping cost for sending the registered letter and the courier transport costs for sending the goods to our office.
