Elettrobar's flagship range, RIVER allows you to wash large quantities of utensils commonly used in pastry shops, ice cream parlors, bakeries and delicatessens with excellent results.
All models are full-optional and equipped as standard with partial draining of the tank via drain pump, rinse aid and detergent dispensers and atmospheric boiler with rinse pump.
The construction is robust, aimed at long life, maximum resistance to stress and the containment of heat and noise emissions into the environment, thanks to the integral double wall construction with double door, entirely molded tank and integral stainless steel surface filters .
Ease of use is enhanced by the interface with multicolor LCD screen and ESI soft-touch keys which allow intuitive use even for personnel with limited training or subject to frequent turnover.
Ease of cleaning is ensured by the construction of the washing chamber without pipes and edges, by the presence of integral stainless steel filters and by the self-cleaning and automatic drain programs as standard.
The NRG version with heat recuperator is available for all models, an effective system for reducing steam and recovering residual heat.
