Service trolleys entirely made of 18/10 stainless steel.
Entirely welded frame, made up of two Ø25mm arc-bent tubulars.
Shelves WELDED to the side uprights, obtained by moulding, with shaped and raised edge of 10 mm along the entire perimeter. The edge is also folded downwards and riveted towards the inside of the top for safety and hygiene reasons. The shape of the drawing is characterized by large radii and has no corners that are inaccessible for cleaning.
Each single floor is equipped with an anti-vibration panel.
The service trolleys are protected by 4 round bumpers in resistant plastic material, mounted directly above the wheels. They can be easily replaced by dismantling the wheels themselves.
High-performance wheels (detail A) in anti-corrosion material, excellent smoothness and silence, made with polypropylene core and gray non-marking synthetic rubber tread, support structure in polyamide and swiveling on double stainless steel ball bearings (detail B) hub with through hole. 4 swivel castors Ø 125 mm, 2 with brakes, easily replaceable, fixing with stainless steel bolt on threaded stainless steel support welded to the frame (detail C)
