This professional gas cooker, part of the Bertos Maxima 900 line, is designed to offer high performance and durability.

Worktop and front panels in AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and optimal hygiene. The interior is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, robust and resistant to wear.

Burners: Equipped with 6 burners with cast iron burners of different sizes:
- 80 mm, with regulation up to 3.5 kW
- 108 mm, with regulation up to 7 kW
- 130 mm, with regulation up to 12 kW
- Each burner is equipped with a thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot flame.

Gas oven:
- Flame burner positioned under the enamelled sole.
- Adjustable thermostat from 160 to 280 °C.
- Oven chamber in AISI 430 stainless steel, with 4-level supports for versatile cooking.
- Printed and ribbed stainless steel counter door for better thermal insulation.
- Internal chimney in stainless steel and burner support in AISI 430 for greater durability.

Construction details:
High resistance handle in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a thickness of 20/10. Pressed basins in AISI 304 stainless steel, easy to clean and resistant over time.
