The folding thermometer testo 104 measures the temperature of food, at any time and with the utmost precision, during production, storage and processing, in delicatessens, supermarket chains, food retailers and wholesalers, or industrial areas. Testo 104 has a variable bending angle of 30°, and therefore allows great flexibility in measurements. The retractable tip can be folded back at the end of the measurement, and the instrument can be stored e.g. in a pocket until the next size. The testo 104 folding thermometer complies with HACCP and EN 13485.
