CHARACTERISTICS
Frinet is a dissolving emulsifier which allows for the thorough elimination of solidified vegetable and animal fats; suitable for fryers.

USE
Drain all the used oil from the fryer, fill it with clean hot water and add:
- 2 tablets for 15 liter fryers;
- 3 tablets for 25 liter fryers;
- 5 - 6 tablets for 45 liter fryers;
Bring to the boil, remove the protective film from the tablet and place it inside the tank and then leave to cool for 20 minutes; drain the dissolved dirt and rinse thoroughly with water.
It is necessary to facilitate the operation with the help of a strainer.
