This product is equipped with a satin-finished blade produced with special Bonpertuis® nitrogen-filled stainless steel, which adheres completely to the handle, in order to guarantee maximum hygiene; speaking of blade, its length is 26 cm.

Hand-sharpened, the Sanelli Ambrogio frozen food and ice knife has a non-toxic, non-slip, ergonomic and abrasion resistant handle. The laser marking of the logo is precise and indelible.

Another of its prerogatives is that it is built with a particular serration, double to be precise; the material of which it is made leads it to be dishwasher safe, with a black handle in TPE elastomer.
